These two servers are not responsive over public network. Investigating.

Recently we have been the target of large scale DDOS attacks against our SMTP servers. This has caused some email delivery delays. Considering how effective our new susranges system has been at rejecting spam, it's very likely that we've upset a spammer with a large budget. Presently, these are mitigated. However, for the last 3 hours we have accumulated just over 18,000 emails that were delayed and are now being delivered.

The storage array for the /home partition on the Longhorn server went read only. Reaching out to BuyVM to fix issue with their block storage. Inbound email will be stuck in queue until fixed.

Today the Blizzard server experienced inbound email delays. Once in the early morning hours, and once in the evening. The cause was identified and mitigations were attempted after the first, but they were not successful. More direct measures had to be taken, and the problem is absolutely resolved now. We just didn't want to take such measures (admitting to 1 customer that we cannot provide them with full service) if we didn't have to.

Today, roughly between 20:07:17 and 20:31:21 UTC, emails were rejected with the error "Unauthenticated mail not allowed from this range" that were not intended to be. Huge apologies for this. It was fixed quickly, not quickly enough. A stray exclamation point in a configuration deployment caused the opposite of the intended behavior.

While working on enabling RPKI for our announcements, we accidentally tripped on 136.175.108.0/24 and caused outbound delivery delays for a few minutes. They are starting to clear up now.
