Affected Systems
The Crossbox instance on chocobo.mxrouting.net is down due to a redis error. We're going to try to fix it ourselves before reaching out to their support. As this is a third party controlled, licensed webmail client our options are sometimes limited. This does NOT impact webmail.mxroute.com, fusion.mxrouting.net/webmail, or your own email clients.
