MXroute - Network connectivity to US servers – Incident details

There are a moderate number of reports of outages for services across the US right now including Hulu, PlayStation Network, Claude, Xbox Live, Chase Bank, and many others. Users from some locations may be experiencing the same problem when connecting to our US servers due to what appears to be an issue with Cogent in the US. This is not within our control, and impacts a noteworthy amount of the internet. Just enough, mind you, that you might think everything is okay and it's just us. It's not, unfortunately. As always, we prefer problems that are ours because those are problems we can solve. This doesn't appear to be.
