The Acadia server is a low capacity server (less than 300 users) and it is a virtual machine on a trusted platform. After recent software updates, the host has begun killing the VM at seemingly random intervals. There is no acceptable way to resolve this that does not involve a migration, at least without causing different problems. As a result of this, we're seeing the server go down for 1-3 minutes every 1-3 days. We have automation in place to recover from this, but we need to migrate the server. The new hardware is being set up, and we are hoping to migrate on either August 3rd or 4th.
